Questions shop owners ask
Do I need to install anything?
No. It runs in Chrome, Edge or Safari on any Windows PC, Mac, Android tablet or phone. USB barcode scanners and receipt printers work like they do with any other program.
What counts as a team member?
Anyone who signs in — the owner, managers, cashiers or your accountant. Each person gets their own login so you always know who billed what.
How do I pay?
After your trial, pay monthly or yearly from inside the app by UPI, debit/credit card or net banking. You can also pay by bank transfer and we’ll activate your plan once it arrives.
What happens if I don’t renew?
You get a few extra days to pay. After that billing pauses, but your products, customers and sales are kept safe and everything comes back the moment you renew.
Is my data private?
Each business’s data is kept separate and only people you invite can see it. We never sell your data. See our privacy policy.
Is it GST compliant?
Invoices carry the details GST rules ask for — GSTIN, HSN, tax-wise breakup and sequential invoice numbers. As with any software, please have your CA review your setup.
