Cancellation & refund policy

Free trial

Every new business gets a free trial. Nothing is charged during the trial and no card is needed. If you don’t pay after the trial, the account simply pauses.

Cancelling

Plans don’t renew automatically — you pay for each month or year yourself. To stop, just don’t renew. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then billing pauses after a 5-day grace period. Your data is kept.

Refunds

If you were charged by mistake (for example, a duplicate payment), write to support@vyapaarpos.com within 7 days with the payment reference. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Payments for a period that has already started are otherwise not refundable.
