Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you (the business using Vyapaar POS) and Vyapaar POS (“we”).

The service

Vyapaar POS is online software for billing, GST invoices, stock and reports. We provide it “as is” and work to keep it available and secure, but we don’t promise it will never be interrupted.

Your account

You are responsible for the people you invite, for keeping passwords private and for everything done under your business account. Tell us immediately at support@vyapaarpos.com if you think someone has accessed it without permission.

Your data

The products, customers, sales and other records you enter belong to you. We use them only to run the service for you, as described in our privacy policy.

Tax and legal responsibility

The software calculates GST from the rates and settings you enter. You remain responsible for your tax filings and for checking your setup with a qualified tax professional.

Plans and payment

Plans are charged in advance for a month or a year at the price shown on our pricing page when you pay. If a plan isn’t renewed, access pauses after a short grace period; your data is kept and access returns when you renew. See cancellation & refunds.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the service for anything illegal, to send spam, or to try to break into other accounts or the service itself. We may suspend accounts that do.

Changes

We may update these terms or our prices. We’ll tell you by email or in the app before changes that affect what you pay.
